Feature & Follow Friday

Alison Can Read Feature & Follow

Question of the Week: Do you have a go to genre when you're happy, sad, or angry? - Suggested by Take Me Away...

Yep I do I have many genres in fact, when I am in the happy mood I tend to go for more romances. The more the love the better, the book I tend to go to the most for that one is Wake unto me by Lisa Cach. While it is not the best written, the romance is too cute to pass up. When I am sad, I tend to read books that will brighten my mood like: Eragon (Idk why it just makes me happy) or one of the Lux Series by Jennifer Armentrout. When I am angry I usually am in a assassin mood so I would probably go to a fantasy genre like: Poison Study or Throne of Glass.

I tend to base my reads on what I am feeling at the moment :)

What about you guys!

I've heard so much about Armentrout! I need to read some of those novels soon so I can finally understand who and what people are referring to. I love your response for the angry! I think fantasy is my go to genre for any mood :)
